ERP & CRM

ERP and CRM shaped to your operation

Most ERP and CRM pain is not the platform. It is the gap between how the software assumes you work and how you actually do, and we close that gap.

What's included

  • Custom ERP modules
  • CRM implementation & tuning
  • Systems integration
  • Reporting & dashboards

One source of truth

Customer, order and inventory data reconciled across systems instead of diverging quietly.

Reports without effort

Dashboards built on live data, so the monthly pack assembles itself.

Fewer manual steps

The re-keying between systems automated away, along with the errors it introduces.

The approach

How we deliver ERP and CRM

A business system fails quietly. Staff keep a spreadsheet on the side, two departments hold different versions of the same customer, and the monthly report needs an afternoon of manual assembly. None of it looks like a crisis, and all of it compounds.

We work either way round: extending a platform you already run with the custom modules it lacks, or building the parts that are genuinely specific to you and integrating them with what is already in place. Which one is right depends on how much of your process is standard, and we will say so honestly.

Integration is usually where the value is. Finance, inventory, sales and support holding one shared view of a customer or an order removes an entire category of reconciliation work, and makes reporting something people trust rather than argue with.

Technologies we use

  • PostgreSQL
  • Node.js
  • Python
  • REST & GraphQL APIs
  • Power BI
  • Metabase
  • Azure
  • AWS

We pick tools for the problem, not for the CV. If something simpler does the job, we will say so.

Where it fits

Common reasons clients ask for ERP and CRM

Outgrowing spreadsheets

Operations running on shared workbooks moved into a real system, without losing the flexibility people relied on.

Platform that nearly fits

Custom modules and automations added to an existing ERP or CRM so it covers the last 20% of your process.

Systems that do not talk

Integration between finance, sales, inventory and support so a change in one lands in the others.

Reporting nobody trusts

A single reporting layer over reconciled data, so two departments stop presenting different numbers.

Questions

What clients ask about ERP and CRM

Should we buy an ERP or build one?

Buy the standard parts, build the differentiated ones. Accounting, payroll and general ledger are solved problems and rarely worth building. The workflow that makes your operation distinctive usually is, which is why most of our ERP work is custom modules and integrations around a bought platform rather than a system from scratch.

Can you integrate with the systems we already use?

Yes. Most engagements involve connecting to existing accounting, e-commerce, warehouse or support tools through their APIs, and building a sync layer where an API does not exist. We map the data model first so records reconcile rather than duplicate.

How do you handle migrating our existing data?

As its own workstream, because it is usually where these projects overrun. We profile the source data early, agree what gets cleaned versus carried across, and run repeatable trial migrations so the real cutover is a rehearsal you have already done several times.

Will our staff need retraining?

Some, but we design to minimise it by keeping familiar terminology, matching existing workflows where there is no reason to change them, and rolling out by department rather than all at once. Training material and short walkthroughs are part of the handover.
